Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways; NETL does not store full credit card details. Refunds and cancellations are governed by individual partner policies and are outlined during checkout.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, software, and interface design—is the exclusive property of NETL Traveling Kamu or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
10. Modifications
